Veterans’ Day

Veterans’ Day took place on June 27th in Trafalgar Square and was a celebration of the contribution made by all those who have served in the armed forces, and also a means of raising awareness of veteran’s issues. A main bandstand stage featured the Blue Harlem swing band, the Citizen K choir and the Grenadiers Guards. The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, paid tribute at the event to all veterans in the UK.
